The rooms are comfortable and cozy, particularly the bathrooms with the nice walk-in showers. The breakfast was rich and had several tasty options. Perfect location for exploring the city and visiting the nearby Christmas Market. The staff is always cute!

The location offers easy access to many local attractions and good cafes. The breakfast was particularly excellent, with a diverse range of tasty options that set a great tone for the day. Street noise at night was quite persistent, which might disrupt light sleepers, and the pillow quality could use some improvement. Parking availability nearby was a plus, but navigating through the bustling area was sometimes challenging.

The location is very good, and its very basic and clean
No blinds to block out light in room. Bathroom flooded everytime you used shower, and main waste pipe for hotel ran through the wardrobe so was very noisy and quite offputting

Very good location within 3 mins walk of the airport shuttle bus stop at Jean Jaures. Close to many bars, restaurants, shopping etc and the old town. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly.

Great Location
Hard to find; even with a map... Navigating Toulouse in the daytime is very stressful... Better signage might help...

Interesting hotel, pleasant rooms, nice decor, air conditioned (during the summer). Wireless good. Continental breakfast, and staff are pleasant. Downtown location is neat near Wilson Square and Jean Jaure subway station. Very accessible to airport bus. The only thing to watch out for is that there are 3 polar bear hotels within a 100 m radius. :-) same management.
